SA Geotechnical ​Inc. was co-founded by Peter Anderson & Reza Seberi to provide optimized Engineering Geology and Geotechnical Engineering consulting services to our clients throughout Southern California. ​

We strive to provide practical, efficient and cost effective geotechnical solutions to complex problems through hands-on investigation and analysis of  earth materials and processes. ​

Our Team

Peter Anderson CEG
Principal Engineering Geologist & Co-Founder

Mr. Anderson has over 15-years of engineering geology experience ranging from single family residential structures to 800-acre mass grading projects.  His geotechnical role on land development projects includes feasibility studies, due diligence, environmental impact reports, preliminary investigations, grading plan reviews, landslide and slope stability evaluation and mitigation, seismic risk and fault hazard analysis, percolation/infiltration  testing, groundwater/ dewatering investigations and liquefaction studies and mitigation for residential, commercial, retail and public projects.

Mr. Anderson received a BA in Geology from Colorado College and a Masters in Geological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.

Reza Saberi GE
Principal Geotechnical Engineer & Co-Founder

Mr. Saberi has over 15-years of Geotechnical Engineering experience for commercial, residential, schools and public works projects.  ​His geotechnical experience includes slope stability analysis and remedial earthwork design for hillside developments, settlement analysis, design of shallow and deep foundations, geotechnical investigations and plan review studies, slope stability analysis including geogrid reinforced and cement/lime treated slopes, pavement design and rehabilitation, forensic studies, seismic hazard analysis and evaluation, and design of reinforced earth retaining walls.  

Mr. Saberi received a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from San Jose State University and a Masters in Geomechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Anthony Zepeda CEG
Project Geologist

Mr. Zepeda has over 10-years of engineering geology experience working on and managing numerous projects from the design phase through grading and construction for a variety of residential, commercial, retail and public works projects throughout southern California.  His experience on land development projects includes feasibility studies, due diligence, preliminary investigations, grading plan reviews, landslide and slope stability evaluation and mitigation, seismic risk and fault hazard analysis, groundwater and liquefaction studies and remedial grading measures.

Mr. Zepeda received a BS in Geological Sciences from Cal State Fullerton.
